  • Our concierge approach means regular on-site coordination of guest services at each property, protecting the homeowners’ investment while generating revenue, including daily housekeeping.
  • We work closely with the entire property team, including the asset manager, our daily housekeepers, guest services and reservation team to provide a concierge level of service for homeowners and guests.
  • All guests book directly with us and on-line reservations are not permitted.  We speak personally to all our customers to ensure they understand your property and the guidelines they are excepted to follow before we confirm the rental with you, the homeowner.
  • When we have a rental inquiry for your unit, we contact you to confirm the rate and availability.  Once you approve the reservation we create the booking, circulate a signed agreement between homeowner and guest and process the pre-payment.
