Stratton Mountain Resort, the highest peak in southern Vermont, has 97 trails (42% of these trails are rated easy, 31% are intermediate and 27% are advanced) covering 670 skiable acres of terrain and 11 lifts in total.  Along with an average annual snowfall of 180 inches, Stratton has over 1100 snow guns: 900 tower guns, 200 ground guns and 16 fan guns. This snowmaking capacity covers 93% of the skiable terrain.  Stratton is ranked in the top 10 (SKI Magazine) for snow, grooming, lifts, terrain parks, service, lodging, dining, on-mountain food, après and nightlife.

Unique to Stratton, on the east coast, is their Austrian looking Stratton Village.  This area is the heart of the resort and is located right at the base of the mountain and has everything you need from early morning breakfast to late night dancing as well as shopping and a day spa.  This is the location of the iconic clock tower that is part of Wohler Realty Group and Stratton Luxury Rentals logo.

Southern Vermont’s Green Mountain National Forest, features both the Long Trail and the Appalachian Trail and are nearby. Picturesque Dorset and Manchester Village, as well as Peru, Weston and Landgrove are close by and have year round activities and events.
